Oz Pharma was set up in 2002 to provide ‘quality' marketing contracting & consulting services to both the OTC and the prescription segments of the Australian Pharmaceutical industry. In 2004, a new division, Southside Marketing Solutions was setup to provide for the business needs of small and start up businesses.

By 2005, the business entity Oz Pharma Contracting & Consulting Pty Ltd was born in Australia to wrap up these services into one entity that could provides a range of marketing services for all organisations, large or small. In 2010, Oz Pharma opened for business in New Jersey, USA.
